Smoothie Bowls that can be whipped in a bowl
can be eaten as a healthy breakfast, lunch, or snack. Fill them with super
foods to start your day or to keep you moving when you need a hit of energy.
Serves: Two small portions or one large
Ingredients
For the smoothie:
1 glass (150 g) of frozen berries
1 banana sliced and frozen
2 tablespoons of almond butter
From 240 ml to 360 ml soy milk
Per I topping:
Coconut flakes, to taste
Fresh blueberries, to taste
Semi in chia, QB
Dried edible flowers, to taste
Instructions
Put the frozen fruit, almond butter, and 240
ml of soy milk in the blender. Press the "smoothie" function. If
necessary, stop the machine to let the mixture drop. Add more soy milk if
necessary so that the mixture is not too liquid.
Now divide the compote into two bowls and
garnish with the coconut flakes, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, and edible
dried flowers. Eat it right away.
