Banana Smoothie Healthy

·         Ingredients


1 banana
1 glass of cold coconut milk
1 glass of cold water
6 ice cubes

·         Preparation


Peel the banana, cut it into slices, and put it in the blender.
Add all the other ingredients and blend very well to obtain a creamy smoothie.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately, decorating as desired with fresh fruit slices.
