8 melon Slices
300 g in Polpa in Anguria
2 cm fresh ginger
100 ml of almond milk

Preparation
1. Cut the watermelon into slices that you will remove from the skin, and
cut the fruit into cubes.
2. Peel Ginger roots and get the required amount with a knife.
3. Now beware of cleaning the melon: Remove the ends with a sharp knife;
Place it vertically above the cutting board, placing it at one end.
4. Create a clean cut to get two parts. Dispose of seeds and filament with
a steel spoon.
5. Place half of the melon on the cutting board horizontally and get the
slices by following the groove of the skin with a knife.
6. To remove the peel, cut each slice with a small knife, leaving 5 mm of
epicarp. Then cut the pulp into cubes.
7. Put the fruit into the mixer with ice along with the ginger and shake
everything until clean, add the almond milk flush until the homogeneous mixture
is obtained. Pour the smoothie into the glass and serve.
