Fruit Smoothies


Preparing a fruit smoothie is a great way to get those who are a little reluctant to eat it. Whether for young or old, to prepare the one you will need a  simple blender, the right ingredients, ice, and here is a tasty fruit smoothie that helps you recover the liquids lost in the heat but also to delight your palate.

·         Doses for 2 people :


1 banana
10 strawberries
1 kiwi
1/2 apple
100 ml of milk
Ice

 ·         How to make a fruit smoothie


1.        Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
2.        Clean the strawberries and remove the cores.
3.        Peel and chop the kiwi and apple as well.
4.        Transfer everything to the mixer.
5.        Run the mixer and then add the milk.
6.        Now put the ice and blend.


7.        Your fruit smoothie is ready to serve.
