Fruit Smoothies Blender Recipes


The fruit smoothie is a fresh and healthy drink made from fresh fruit and milk, an ingredient that makes this drink even more creamy. The smoothie is ideal for breakfast or a snack: an excellent nutritious summer breaker rich in vitamins, which children will love too. In our recipe we used banana, strawberries and kiwis cut into pieces and passed in the blender with milk. However, you can make it with the fruit you prefer to prepare it according to your tastes.


·         Ingredients

Banana 2
Strawberries 200 gr
Kiwi 2
Latte 60 ml


·         How to prepare a fruit smoothie

1.        Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes, removing the central white part.
2.        Also, peel the banana and cut it into slices.
3.        Finally, wash the strawberries, remove the petiole, and cut them in half.
4.        Put the fruit pieces in the blender and pour the milk.
5.        Operate the blender first at low speed, mix everything, and then run at maximum for one minute.
6.        The smoothie will be ready when the consistency is creamy.
7.        Pour it immediately into large glasses, decorated with fresh fruit and drink.

·         Tips

Those who are intolerant with milk or follow a vegan diet can replace it with orange, peach, pineapple juice, or vegetable milk such as soy.
To prepare the smoothie you can use the fresh fruit you prefer: always choose it ripe to obtain a denser and tastier drink. If you use water-rich fruits like pineapple, kiwi, and watermelon, your smoothie will have a more liquid consistency.
If you want to sweeten your fruit smoothie, add a teaspoon of sugar or honey.
For the preparation of the smoothie, you prefer the blenders with a cylindrical glass container: the immersion one is not ideal for this preparation.
The fruit smoothie can also be made with the Thermomix in a very short time: pour the fruit cut into pieces and the milk in the mug and turn on for 2 minutes at turbo speed.
You can add a spicy touch to your fruit smoothie by adding a little cinnamon, vanilla or ginger.
If you prefer a thirst-quenching and light drink, then prepare a delicious smoothie: a drink made with fruit or vegetables, but without milk, replaced by yogurt or coconut milk and ice cubes.
