Smoothie Recipes With Coconut Milk
Coconut milk and Mint smoothie
Ingredients for 2 persons
Frozen berries (raspberry, blackberry,
strawberry, raisins) 200 g
Fresh Strawberries 100 g
Fresh mint 5 leaves
Coconut milk 200 g
Procedure
Strawberry
Wash and dry the strawberry well, then remove
the stem and cut it into pieces.
Smoothie
Add frozen berries, strawberries and freshly
laundered mint to the blender. Add coconut milk too.
Operate the machine and in a few seconds, you
will get a berry smoothie, coconut milk, and a fabulous mint! Pour into glasses
and decorate with pomegranate granules!
Note
I use frozen fruit, but of course, you can use
the fresh ones safely! You can also sweeten this smoothie with honey or agave
syrup.
Conservation
Once you get the berry smoothie, coconut milk,
and mint, you should immediately consume it to utilize its freshness.
Alternatively, you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours, in an
airtight container.
