Green Smoothie Breakfast


·         Ingredients


For c. 600 ml smoothie
70 g of fresh chard
30 g of fresh lettuce
1 diced apple, without core
1 banana
40 g wholemeal oat flakes
1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder, optional
stevia powder


·         Instructions


1.    Blend all the ingredients and drink it right away!
