160 ml of almond milk
115 g in pineapple
1 banana
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 tablespoon of grated ginger

Preparation
First, let's take care of the fruit: we clean
the banana, removing the peel, and cutting it into pieces. We repeat the same
operations with the pineapple.
We put the two types of fruit in the bowl of a
blender and activate it for a few seconds. We pour the almond milk, the flax
seeds, and the grated ginger. We operate the appliance and let it work for less
than a minute until a smooth and homogeneous drink is obtained.
Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a
glass and taste it immediately or put it in the refrigerator to cool.
