Fruit Smoothies With No Dairy


If you have a mixer to help you fill up on vitamins and colors, take advantage of the return of sunny days to prepare tasty cold drinks made from red fruits and dairy products. And to start, enjoy this delicious raspberry smoothie delight, as delicious as it is refreshing.

·         Ingredients

600 g raspberries
4 natural velvety yogurts
1 lime juice
14 mint leaves

·         Preparation

In the bowl of your blender (or blender), put 550 g of raspberries, yogurt, lemon juice, and 10 finely chopped mint leaves. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.



Divide into glasses or bowls, garnish with mint leaves and whole raspberries, and serve with a straw.
