Ingredients
150 gr of fresh spinach leaves
2 gambi in Sedano
100 gr on raspberries
a pinch of ginger
cinnamon
300 ml of pear juice
This green smoothie allows you not to give up
the daily consumption of fruit and vegetables. It has an excellent taste and
can be made with advanced fruit and vegetables. 3 benefits in 1 single recipe!
- Preparation
In reality, there are no rules for making
smoothies: you can use all the types of fruit and vegetables you want. But, for
a slightly sweet taste, the right proportions are about 50 to 60% of fruit and
fruit juices and 40-50 % of green leafy vegetables.
What do you need to make a smoothie?
The basic ingredients of a green smoothie are
green leafy vegetables ( e.g. spinach, green cabbage or and ndivia ), fruit and
water or fruit juice, such as orange juice, apple juice or pomegranate juice,
possibly at ppena squeezed or, if purchased at the supermarket, a fresh
version. Also, a good blender is needed to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Preparation:
Put in blender spinach, the celery, the
raspberries, and the ginger. Slowly pour the pear juice while mixing everything
until you get a uniform consistency. Finally add a little cinnamon, to taste.

To store the smoothie
It's great to start the day with a smoothie,
but not everyone has time to make a fresh smoothie every morning. Fortunately,
the previously prepared smoothie can be consumed up to 3 days after
preparation. Make sure you have a clean bottle with a good seal and keep the
smoothie in the refrigerator.
