Banana Mango and Spinach Smoothie Recipe Energy


·         Ingredients for 2/3 people


about 1  dl of  coconut drink
a bunch of fresh spinach
a banana
1 mango
a spoonful of lemon juice
2 cm of fresh ginger

·         Preparation


Wash and dry the spinach leaves. Peel mango and banana and cut into small pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into strips.
