The keyword of this classic banana smoothie is
simplicity, while elsewhere we have prepared complex and even smoothies rich in
particular foods, with this we want to go back to the basics, enjoying one of
the most creamy and "pasty" certainly.
Here the main ingredient is banana, one of the
most common and consumed tropical fruit in the world, particularly suitable for
those who play sports thanks to its energetic and nutritional properties. It
contains minerals, vitamins C, E, and some of group B, including B2 which
facilitates the elimination of toxins, maintains healthy hair and nails, and
restores radiance to the skin.
Recent studies have identified in the banana a
fruit indicated for those suffering from depression, thanks to the vitamins of
group B, natural calming agents, and to a substance called tryptophan, capable
of transforming serotonin and therefore positively influencing mood and nervous
balance. We must not forget a strong concentration of potassium which helps to
control blood pressure.
Next to the banana, this smoothie is also
based on the precious avocado, a concentrate of properties and virtues. Among
the most important there are the antioxidants thanks to vitamins A and E which
delay the aging of our body and keep the skin soft and elastic.
It is very rich in minerals, especially
potassium thinks that only one fruit contains as much as three bananas. Avocado
also contains unsaturated fats and omega3 which stimulate the production of
good cholesterol, reducing the risk of cardiovascular problems, and is still
easy to digest and is a powerful source of energy, thanks to its 230 calories
per 100 g, sugars and with proteins.

by squeezing the orange and pouring the juice along with the other ingredients
into the blender. Blend everything at medium speed for about 30 seconds until
you get a homogeneous and very creamy mixture ... you just have to adjust
ginger according to your preferences, and you are ready to enjoy this sweet hit
of energy!
