·         Doses for 2 people :


1 banana and 1/2
150 gr in Greco yogurt
8 cubes of ice
 Cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon agave syrup


·         How to make a banana smoothie


1.    Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
2.    Put it in the blender glass with the yogurt, agave syrup, cinnamon, and ice.


3.    Blend until a homogeneous consistency.


4.    Serve immediately your banana smoothie with the addition of cinnamon.
