Lemon juice 25 g

·         Preparation

1.    To prepare the banana smoothie, start by taking lemon. Cut it in half and make the juice of one half.
2.    Now take a banana and peel it and cut it into slices.
3.    Place the banana slices in a bowl and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.
4.    Now take the banana to which you added the juice of half a lemon and put it in a mixer.
5.    Then add the water.
6.    Blend well until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
7.    Serve your banana smoothie now in a glass or jug.
