Fruit Smoothies Recipe With Yogurt
More and more summer is approaching and it
will be necessary to cool down well so as not to get dehydrated. How about a
fruit and fresh yogurt smoothie to invigorate yourself with greed?

Ingredients :
1 jar of plain yogurt
50 cl milk
125 g ripe strawberries
1 mango
15 cl of fresh orange juice
· Steps :
Mix the milk and yogurt in a bowl, then mix.
In a blender, pour half of the previous
mixture with all the strawberries. Keep the result in a glass and keep it cool.
Mix the other half of the yogurt/milk mixture
with the mango pieces and the orange juice.
When the strawberry preparation has caught a
cold, pour the mango mixture into the glass containing the strawberry mixture.
It's ready, you can refresh yourself with your
smoothie!
