Banana Smoothie Calories
Ingredients :
1 banana
10 cl milk
2 c. 1
teaspoon of cocoa powder
ice cubes
Preparation :
Peel the
banana and cut it into rings.
Put the
banana slices, milk, cocoa powder, and 5 or 6 ice cubes in the blender and mix
everything until you get a smooth and creamy smoothie.
Pour into a
tall glass, sprinkle with cocoa for decoration and enjoy immediately.
