2 bananas
2 untreated lemons
30 cl skim milk
1 C. powdered sweetener

Preparation
Peel the bananas and cut them into rings.
Cut the lemons in half and squeeze them to
collect their juice. Remove the seeds if necessary.
Pour the banana slices, lemon juice, powdered
sweetener, and milk into the bowl of a food processor.
Blend for several seconds until you get a
smooth, thick smoothie.
Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses.
Taste immediately.
