Banana and almond smoothie

2 bananas
40 g of almonds
250 ml of whole milk
nutmeg to taste

Preparation
1. To prepare the banana and almond smoothie, we must first pour 100 ml of
whole milk into the bowl of a blender and add the sweet almonds. Blend the two
ingredients until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. To prevent the
blades from overheating, it is essential to proceed intermittently, blending
for a few moments and letting the appliance rest for a few more seconds.
2. Once we have obtained a full-bodied smoothie with almonds, we can
incorporate the remaining milk and add the two well-ripe bananas cut into small
pieces. We also combine a pinch of nutmeg and whisk again, to make a smooth and
creamy smoothie.
3. The banana and almond smoothie is ready to be enjoyed: we recommend
serving it immediately and not storing it.
