Strawberry smoothie
The smoothie is thick and creamy and can be an
excellent idea for those who want to be attentive to the line by eating
something fresh, good and not too caloric, today I propose it strawberry
flavored, my favorite! You can use your favorite yogurt or even the low-fat
one, if the fruit is nice sweet you can also avoid adding sugar, and you can
also prepare it with vegetables, yes, it will be my next experiment. For now,
I'm going to prepare another strawberry smoothie for lunch then I'll let you
know for the vegetable one.
Ingredients for 2 people:
10 strawberries
125 gr in yogurt
1 spoonful of sugar optional
6 cubes of ice
PROCEDURE
How to make a strawberry smoothie
Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and
dry them
Put them in a blender with yogurt, ice, and
sugar
Blend at maximum power until a creamy mixture
is obtained
Pour the strawberry smoothie into the cold
glasses and serve
