Banana Smoothie Recipe Yogurt


  • Ingredients

6 Bananas
400 g white yogurt
80 g oatmeal
20 g unpeel almonds
80 g fluid honey
400 ml milk
1 Organic lemon
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cardamom powder

  • Preparation

1.    Peel the bananas, cut them into rounds and pour them into the blender glass; Set aside a few slices for the final decoration, putting them in a bowl with a little lemon juice so that they don't blacken.


2.    Then pour the yogurt, milk, oatmeal, almonds, honey, a pinch of grated zest, and the rest of the lemon juice into the blender glass.
3.    Blend everything until you get the desired consistency, then season with a pinch of cardamom, cinnamon, and blend another couple of seconds.



4.    Pour the smoothie into the glasses, decorate each with a slice of banana and serve.
