Creamy banana smoothie

·         Ingredients

2 Banana
20 g sugar
8 ice cubes
150 g cold milk


·         Preparation

Peel the banana, remove the side threads, and cut it into large pieces.
Put the banana into pieces, the sugar, the cold milk, and the ice cubes in the mixing bowl.
Blend everything first at maximum speed and then at medium speed.
Check that the smoothie is homogeneous and frothy.
Pour into glasses and serve.
You can garnish as desired with banana slices.
For intolerants, cow's milk can be replaced with soy milk.
For those wishing to lower calories further, sugar can be omitted.
