Banana Smoothie Recipe Healthy


·         Ingredients


2 banana
1 mela
1 teaspoon of honey


·         Preparation

Wash the apples thoroughly and cut them into pieces without peeling them. Peel the bananas and slice them.
Centrifuge the apple and blend the banana. Then pour the mashed banana into the bowl of the centrifuge together with the apple and centrifuge for a very short time (otherwise the more pasty banana risks blocking the centrifuge).


Pour the juice obtained into a glass and add the honey, mixing well.
Drink the centrifuge immediately.
