How to make Frozen fruit
To prepare the frozen fruit, start to clean
the melon: cut the ends of the melon to create a stable base, then divide it in
half and remove the seedings that are inside with a spoon; cut each half into
not too thick slices, remove the peel from each slice and then reduce them to
cubes about 2 cm thick.
Sprinkle the cubes on a tray making sure not
to overlap them, cover with cling film and transfer it to the freezer: when the
fruit has hardened, you can transfer it to a frosting bag, for at least 12
hours. Now switch to the cleaning of the pineapple: remove the base and tuft by
cutting them with a knife, then divide the pineapple into 4 wedges, remove the
woody inner part and remove the peel;
Divide each clove in half for the long and cut
the slices obtained into chunks about 1 cm thick, then spread the pineapple on
a tray, cover with cling film and transfer to the freezer: when the pineapple
has hardened, always transfer it to a frosty sacchtto for at least 12 hours.
For more information on pineapple cleaning, you can check out our cooking
school "How to Clean and Cut Pineapple". As for mango cleaning,
remove the peel with a pelaverdure,
then cut along with the knife and separate the
slices one at a time 10, until the core remains in your hand; cut each slice into
cubes about 2 cm thick,
Spread evenly on a tray, cover with cling film
and leave in the freezer for at least 12 hours. Now take care of the
strawberries: wash and dry them, then remove the pigeon and cut them in half;
at this point, you can transfer them to a tray, without overlapping them, and
leave them in the freezer to freeze for at least 12 hours.
Finally, wash and gently dry the blackberries
and transfer them to a tray leaving them whole, then place it in the freezer
for at least 12 hours. When the fruit is frozen, you can blend it to create
your refreshing dessert: pour the frozen melon into a blender or mixer equipped
with steel blades and blend until it becomes creamy, then transfer it to a
bowl.
Similarly, pour the frozen pineapple into the
blender until you get a creamy consistency; do the same thing with mango, with
strawberries with frozen blackberries. Transfer your frozen fruit into separate
cups and serve immediately!
