Fruit Smoothie Using Yogurt

Ingredients for 4 people
3 jars of white yogurt
1 ripe banana
1 slice of pineapple
100 g of cherries or strawberries
4 teaspoons of honey or brown sugar
1 dl of cold milk
flaked almonds

Preparation
1.
Cut the fruit into pieces
2.
Pour the contents of the
yogurt jars into a blender
3.
Add the fruit and honey
(or brown sugar)
4.
Add the cold milk
5.
Operate for one minute
6.
Pour the smoothie into
very large glasses
7.
Decorate with flakes of
almonds or pieces of fruit
8.
Serve the smoothie with a
straw
