Banana and Kiwi Smoothie Recipe


·         Ingredients


Banana 1
Milk 1 glass
Kiwi 1

·         Preparation


In a large bowl, pour the peeled and sliced   kiwi. Then add the banana cut into small pieces
Transfer the contents of the bowl into a mixer and pour in a glass of milk
Blend everything and pour the liquid into a glass. You can consume the smoothie immediately or let it cool in the fridge
