Banana and Spinach Smoothie Recipe Energy

4 bananas
2 tufts of fresh spinach
700 ml of water

Preparation
We begin the preparation of our energy drink
by washing and slicing the spinach leaves.
Before cutting them, we can remove the water
by passing them in a vegetable strainer or by dabbing them well with a clean
cloth.
Then we peel the bananas, cut them into
pieces, and put them in the blender; then we also add the spinach leaves and
about 1/3 of the indicated water dose.
We activate the blender intermittently, so as
not to heat the blades too much and gradually add the remaining water, until
obtaining a homogeneous and rather liquid consistency.
If we want a cooler drink, just add a few ice
cubes.
We pour the resulting drink into glasses or
into a thermal bottle to take us to the gym.
