Banana and Spinach Smoothie Recipe Energy


·         Ingredients for 5-6 glasses 


4 bananas
2 tufts of fresh spinach
700 ml of water

·         Preparation


We begin the preparation of our energy drink by washing and slicing the spinach leaves.
Before cutting them, we can remove the water by passing them in a vegetable strainer or by dabbing them well with a clean cloth.
Then we peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and put them in the blender; then we also add the spinach leaves and about 1/3 of the indicated water dose.
We activate the blender intermittently, so as not to heat the blades too much and gradually add the remaining water, until obtaining a homogeneous and rather liquid consistency.
If we want a cooler drink, just add a few ice cubes.
We pour the resulting drink into glasses or into a thermal bottle to take us to the gym.
