white yogurt 500 gr
mango Battaglio 250 gr

2 teaspoons of sugar


·         How to cut the mango

Cutting the mango is an operation to be performed with care if we want to delight ourselves with this tasty and exotic fruit with a very sweet taste and a fragrant and juicy pulp.

1.    Wash the mango under warm water.
2.    Start by holding the curved fruit knife and dividing the mango into two halves. In one of the two halves, you will find the large internal core that you will have to remove by inserting the knife with the round tip and "digging" around it.
3.    Make a series of incisions on both halves of the fruit, both vertically and horizontally, to obtain small squares of pulp, which you will detach from the peel, pushing it against the pulp.
