Banana & raspberry smoothie


Ingredients


Parts Name: 2
2 bananas
300 gr of raspberries
1 plain yogurt (0% of your choice)
6 ice cubes
1 tsp honey (instead of sugar)

Preparation


Put the ice cubes in the bowl of a blender-type mixer and operate for 3 seconds to obtain looted ice.
Add raspberries, chopped bananas, and yogurt.
Optionally add the sugar.
Blend until fluffy.
Serve immediately in tall glasses with straws.
