Banana Smoothie Recipe Energy


·         Ingredients


400 ml of Granarolo G⁺ Lactose-Free Fat-Free
1 banana
2 nectarines
4 walnut kernels
20 g of flax seeds

·         Preparation


Chop the flax seeds, chopping them very well, reducing them almost to dust. In this way, they will release all the organ oleptic properties.



Pour the peeled and chopped fruit, the chopped flax seeds, the walnuts, and the Lactose-free Fat-Free Granarolo G into the blender and blend.



Pour the smoothie into two large tall glasses, add a few ice cubes and garnish with some flax seeds and a slice of peach.
