Ingredients :
1 banana
1 apple
1 piece of fresh ginger (about 3 cm) (I from
Bioexpress)
1 glass (or more) of water
2 handfuls of spinach

How To Make :
Peel the apple and remove the core. Peel the
banana and fresh ginger (to do it in the most precise and delicate way, use a
teaspoon).
Pour all the ingredients into the blender bowl
and blend. Add more water if you want your smoothie more smooth and serve
immediately.
