·         Materials

7 Fragole
A handful of frozen blueberries
1/2 Banana Fruit
200 ml in Bianco yogurt


·         Instructions

1.    We wash and cut the strawberries into small cubes and put them in a blender with frozen blueberries and bananas cut into thin slices.
2.    We combine yogurt and whisk until the mixture becomes foaming.


3.    We pour in two big glasses (or in a bottle jam as I did) and drink immediately.
