·         Materials:

250 g pear, remove seeds, cut into pieces
50 g bits, cut pieces
200 ml of lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar liquid fructose
Small pieces of ice if like


·         How to make:

1.    Blend into one all ingredients except ice, after smooth lifting.
2.    Add a small piece of ice or store in the fridge.
3.    Serve cold.
