·         Materials:

200 g apples, seeded, cut into pieces
100 g carrot, cut into pieces
200 ml of lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar liquid fructose
Small pieces of ice


·         How to make:

1.    Blend into one all ingredients except ice, after smooth lifting.
2.    Add with a small piece of ice or store in the fridge.
3.    Serve cold.
