OVERCOMING CANKER SORES


Canker sores can be caused by vitamin C deficiency or sensitivity to certain fruit/vegetable juices, such as tomatoes, strawberries, and oranges. If the cause of canker sores is a lack of vitamin C, make fruit and vegetable juice of vitamin C sources, such as guava, red chili pepper, green chili pepper, red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers, blackcurrant, strawberries, kailan, papaya, mini cabbage, kiwi, orange, broccoli, mango, grapefruit, orange, and lemon.
To be more efficacious, combine the fruit or vegetables on top with refreshing foodstuffs such as cucumber, pear, mint leaves, or with a manager drug such as boiling water-root reed or basil-seed bath. If the cause of canker sores is the sensitivity to certain fruits or vegetables, stop the consumption of such fruit or vegetable juices.

Materials:
200 g Guava
200 ml sweet lemon juice
3 Cube ice cubes
How to make:
1.    Cut guava seeds.
2.    Put all the ingredients into a blender.
3.    Process until soft and well blended. Serve immediately.

·         Fruit Puch

Materials:
100 g Grapefruit
100 g strawberries
100 g Kiwi
100 g Mango
3 Cube ice cubes
How to make:
1.    Cut into grapefruit pieces. The process by using a juicer. Take the advice.
2.    Insert grapefruit juice, strawberries, kiwi, and mango into the blender.
3.    Process until soft and well blended. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately.

Materials:
300 g cucumber
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
100 ml water stew root Alang Alang (boiled 5 rods root Alang-Alang with 200 ml of water)
3 Cube ice cubes
How to make:
1.    Cut into pieces of cucumber. The process by using a juicer. Take the advice.
2.    Stir in cucumber juice, lemon juice, honey, boiling water, and ice cubes into the blender.
3.    Process for awhile. Serve immediately.

·         Pear Meets Kiwi

Materials:
300 g Pear
150 g kiwi
7 mint leaves
4 Cube ice cubes
How to make:
1.    Cut into pear cut. The process by using a juicer. Take the advice.
2.    Stir in pear juice, kiwi, and mint leaves into a blender.
3.    Process until soft and well blended. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately.

·         Cure Lemon Squash

Materials:
100 g Grapefruit
100 g ml sweet lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp marinated basil seeds
2 tbsp honey
3 Cube ice cubes
How to make:
1.    Cut into grapefruit pieces. The process by using a juicer. Take the advice.
2.    Insert grapefruit juice, sweet orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and ice cubes into the blender.
3.    Process until soft and well blended. Add seeds of basil. Serve immediately.
