OVERCOMING BAD BREATH


Many things cause bad breath, including:

1.       Infections of gum disease, overcome with various fruits and vegetables, especially those containing vitamin C, such as guava, red pepper, red peppers, yellow peppers, and green peppers, blackcurrant, strawberries, papaya, mango, mini cabbage, kiwi, citrus, broccoli, grapefruit, as well as zinc minerals like wheat germ powder, chocolate powder, pumpkin seeds, ginger, Brazilian beans, cashews, sesame, pecan nuts, and sunflower seeds.
2.       Infection due to dental problems. This can be solved with fruits and vegetables that contain A lot of vitamin A, vitamin C, and calcium. Examples of these fruits and vegetables can be seen on strong bones and healthy teeth.

50 g kiwi
50 g green grape
1/2 tbsp oats
How to make:
1.    Enter all ingredients into the blender.
2.    Stir until well blended. Serve immediately.

·         Green Magic

Materials:
100 g celery
200 g apples
50 g Alfalfa
How to make:
1.    Cut into pieces of celery and apples.
2.    Process all ingredients by using a juicer, grab the Sarinya.
3.    Stir until well blended. Serve.
