Fruit Smoothies Recipe For Kids


·         Ingredients For 4 people


2 Bananas
400 g Mix of red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
1 Yogurt
60 cl Milk
Calories = Medium

Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Put them in the bowl of a blender.
Add the red fruits, yogurt, and milk and mix until you get a smooth, frothy drink.


Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.
